Job Summary
Lead and direct up to 40 people on the production floor, ensuring safe and quality food is produced within required timeframes. Operate assigned equipment, read product formulas and building sheets, and maintain production records and daily logs. Inspect production labels, enforce First In/First Out rotation, and identify waste reduction opportunities while adhering to SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards. Notify supervisors of safety issues, break schedules, or downtime, and ensure strict adherence to manufacturing policies and dress codes. Work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime in a fast-paced environment.
