Production Lead

Lead and actively participate in store production operations to ensure goals are met safely and efficiently. Monitor select production functions, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance while partnering with the Environmental Health and Safety Team to ensure compliance with all policies and regulations. Direct and participate in customer care and production duties as needed, while assisting the Production Supervisor with hiring, training, delegation, and performance evaluations. Spend at least 85% of time working with the production team, leading by example in implementing administrative policies and procedures. This role requires standing, walking, bending, and handling tools, with exposure to outdoor weather and minimal chemical hazards.
