Job Summary
Production Lead in Phoenix responsible for serving as a direct link between the Shop Supervisor and shift team. Manages workload assignments to meet daily fabrication needs, oversees safety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping standards, trains new employees, troubleshoots production issues, and supports maintenance and QC activities. Ensures adherence to safety programs and company policies, collects data for production reports and incentive calculations, and participates in shift leadership to maximize operational efficiency. Requires OSHA 30 certification and legal work authorization in the United States; typically works extended hours with possible travel and operates various shop equipment as part of a 50-hour work week.
