Production Lead - Packout

Job Summary
Production Lead is responsible for directing and managing a team of Dryers, Washroom Attendants, and Load Builders, including interviewing input and building strong cross-department relationships. Lead will train and motivate the production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals, monitor personnel records and attendance, and implement processes to improve efficiency and key performance indicators. The role requires developing procedures, coaching associates, ensuring adherence to safety policies, and conveying feedback to Plant Supervisor and Business Manager. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to drive safe, high-quality production and continuous improvement in a healthcare linen environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 3 to 5 years supervisory experience
- Ability to lift moderately heavy objects up to 30 pounds
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
- Demonstrated customer service, people, leadership, and organization skills with track record of achieving positive business results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
