Job Summary
Expedites production of priority jobs to ensure on-time delivery and reviews completed work orders for accuracy, resolving inaccuracies in startup, shutdown, and material usage. Coordinates employee assignments, breaks, and shift meetings while conducting training and addressing performance issues. Operates equipment, performs inspections, and implements continuous improvement tools like 6S and Kaizen events to eliminate waste. Ensures adherence to safety procedures, EHS submissions, and Entegris PACE values through Gemba walks and JSA audits. Works directly with planning, materials, quality, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing and delivery issues. Shifts include Saturday, Sunday, one weekday, 12 hours from 6 am to 6 pm. Compensation is $27-$31 per hour plus incentive bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry
- Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb a ladder up to 4 ft.
- Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
- Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools
- Ability to repetitively twist, bend and reach upward
- Ability to handle all materials required in manufacturing
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the department/facility
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds

- Ability to wear a bunny suit for long periods at a time in a clean room environment
