Production Lead - Night Shift (12 Hours Shift)

Job Summary
Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to ensure the night shift meets safety, quality, and throughput goals while managing daily production floor operations. Conduct walkthroughs to verify compliance, assist with batching minerals and changeover preparations, and perform first-pass quality checks after changeovers. Order and inspect raw materials, verify discrete jobs in Oracle and warehouse systems, and support the generation of hourly and end-of-shift production reports. Utilize efficiency improvement tools to analyze line downtime and communicate escalations per the established plan. Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety standards, and plant safety programs throughout the 12-hour rotating shift.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 4 Years – Experience in Position
- 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand
- Regular and predictable attendance
