Job Summary
Lead and train production employees on the assigned production line and coordinate quality checks; supervise 12-40 employees, assign plant operations during the shift, and ensure production schedules, safety, and quality. Requires leadership abilities, ability to communicate across teams, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing; proficiency with MS Office and SAP preferred; shift is 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing
