Job Summary
Oversee daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards while training and mentoring team members on processes, safety, and equipment operation. Implement and enforce safety protocols, monitor equipment performance to minimize downtime, and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to optimize schedules and manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure continuous production flow. This role requires 5+ years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years in leadership, proficiency in ERP systems, and a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Required Qualifications
