Job Summary
Production Lead responsible for guiding Production Associates and ensuring efficient production line flow through inspections and troubleshooting. Trains new employees on proper pallet stacking, enforces safe work practices, audits packaging quality before freezing, mentors new and seasonal staff during peak months, and maintains a clean, compliant workspace aligned with Quality/Food Safety, Environment Health, Safety and Health, and Arctic Glacier Leadership Principles. Other duties may be assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a manufacturing setting
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role considered an asset
- Must hold and maintain forklift operating license
- Must have high school diploma
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Strong mechanical background
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
