Production Lead

Guide and instruct team members on assembly and single-piece flow tasks while modeling GMP, SQF, and PPE policies. Track line counts, report performance metrics, and update production data in the computer system. Train new hires on SOPs, coach existing staff, and prepare ingredients using food scales and measuring cups. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by identifying and reporting defective materials or safety concerns to Quality Assurance. Foster positive employee relations through respectful communication and perform production duties alongside the team as needed. Work Thursday to Sunday from 6:30pm to 5:00am, standing and walking for 10-12 hours per shift while lifting up to 50 lbs.
