Job Summary
Lead production operations from 6am to 6:15pm Thursday through Sunday, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational policies. Coordinate cross-training activities, manage raw material confirmations five days in advance, and oversee daily reports, inventory, and paperwork audits. Direct team performance, including training, work assignments, and disciplinary actions, while maintaining key performance indicators and 5S program standards. Identify equipment and process deficiencies, log solutions, and report missed targets to the supervisor. Complete and record hourly production targets, ensuring all activities are properly documented and reported.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Strong safety and quality background
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite abilities to complete reports and logs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be available Thursday - Sunday + Alternating Wednesdays
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry minimal weights
- Must wear hearing protection, safety shoes, hair/beard net, uniform
- Must comply with workplace uniform requirements and safety gear, when on the plant floor
- Must maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures and code of conduct
