Job Summary
Production Lead at BioMar Tech Center responsible for coordinating daily pilot production activities, optimizing process parameters, and leading operators. Bridge between development and execution across production, process technology, and R&D; collaborate with scientists, quality, raw materials, maintenance, and Global Process Network. Drive pilot production, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure safe, stable, and efficient execution of trials and production activities. Seek to bring technical expertise and operational leadership to a dynamic, international team focused on sustainable aquaculture solutions and next-generation feed production. The role emphasizes hands-on production coordination, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to turn development into scalable production.
Required Qualifications
- Experience from feed, food or process industries
- Knowledge of extrusion technology, pilot production or processing equipment
- The ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
- Experience from aquafeed production, pilot plants or R&D environments is an advantage
