Production Lead, Bindery

Job Summary
Conduct bindery operations, including machine setup, job ticket completion, and final quality checks before shipment. Mentor and train new and existing employees on efficient process flows and equipment, while providing feedback to managers on team skill development. Monitor departmental processes to ensure assembly integrity, maintain supply levels, and troubleshoot production issues to meet productivity and quality standards. Coordinate workflow with the manager and other shift leadership, establish open communication lines, and drive continuous improvements in material flow and efficiency. Complete miscellaneous tasks as requested by management while adhering to safety protocols and confidentiality requirements. Work Monday through Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday in a rotating schedule, eligible for overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3-5 experience in the printing Industry as a Bindery Operator, Cutter, Folder or Booklet Maker
- OSHA 10 Hour Certification is a plus
- possess a thorough and organized approach to your work

- have basic computer skills, including Pace and Google Suite

- understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
