Job Summary
Set up production lines with guards in place, verify material availability, and account for yield variances. Conduct all work per company policies while enforcing PPE, GMP practices, and accountability for rule violations. Train new and transitioning employees on line positions and Job Safety Analyses. Notify maintenance and QA immediately of equipment or out-of-spec product issues, complete required paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Ensure timely changeovers and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Flexible hours outside the regular schedule as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to learn each piece of equipment on the line assigned
- Ability to motivate and guide others
- Microsoft Office user (Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Basic math skills
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be flexible to work hours outside of regular schedule as needed
