Production Lead

Operate assigned Service Bureau equipment while guiding associates and making production decisions in the absence of the Production Supervisor. Print accurately and efficiently by following daily job schedules, minimizing waste, and ensuring all production quality standards are met through sampling and checking. Use the ERP system to log time and materials, maintain inventory levels in the warehouse and shelving units, and place service calls for equipment maintenance. Collaborate with the Supervisor to handle customer directives, deliveries, emergencies, and data issues, alerting them immediately if data arrives late. Ensure compliance with safety policies, wear required PPE for chemical and noise exposure, and complete other management-assigned tasks within allotted time frames.
