Job Summary
Lead a production team supporting automotive salvage, recycling operations, and facility upkeep while maintaining safety, efficiency, and productivity standards. Supervise staff, manage daily schedules, and oversee heavy equipment operation including loaders and crushers. Audit inventory levels, conduct equipment inspections, and enforce standard operating practices to ensure work areas meet safety requirements. Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and support hiring and training for production staff. Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement aligned with core values.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience in production or industrial operations
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive parts and systems
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating industrial or heavy equipment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and mobile tools
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Work standard production hours (Monday–Friday), with occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays
