Job Summary
This role involves supervising daily production activities and mentoring team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Production Lead position is a temp-to-hire opportunity ensuring impactful contributions toward operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Manufacturing experience and equipment knowledge
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and team-focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of ISO 13485
- Fluent in English

- Proven leadership managing teams of 5+

- Administrative proficiency in writing, math, and Excel
