Lead Person provides direction to production areas and oversees multiple Line Leads and their lines, ensuring safety, quality, production and communication meet company expectations. Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, training associates, coaching employees, conducting accident investigations, overseeing quality programs, ensuring adherence to customer requirements, driving line efficiency with lean initiatives, coordinating scheduling to meet customer demands, and fostering effective plant communication and conflict resolution across 1st–3rd shifts.
