Job Summary
Lead and coordinate key pipe finishing, outlets/specials, and loading on the 2nd shift. Ensure safety, quality, and production objectives are met with hands-on floor presence. Read and apply blueprints and specifications; develop action plans to meet deadlines; monitor personnel for policy adherence and productivity. Maintain order, strive for zero defects, and evaluate personnel. Provide communications and training, handle administrative requirements, and collaborate with production leaders and engineering to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2 years leading experience in manufacturing or production support
