Production Lead 2nd Shift

Production Lead on 2nd shift at Pilgrim’s in Waco, TX responsible for setting up operations and coordinating the production process, operating and maintaining equipment, performing quality checks, completing necessary reports, and making adjustments to ensure production specifications are maintained. The role includes training new employees and supporting production demands as assigned. Must meet HS diploma/GED or related experience, have computer experience, and hold Fryer Operator, Bread/Batter Operator, SAP, HACCP, and Pallet jack driver certifications. Physical duties include standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a environment with cold, wet, or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts.
