• •Ability to read product formulas, temperatures, and times according to building sheets and Bill of Materials (BOM)
• •Ability to report and track waste and identify ways to reduce waste
• •Ability to improve and create more efficiency on the line while keeping safety top priority
• •Ability to understand mechanized equipment and associated dangers
• •Ability to multitask and be detail oriented
• •Ability to learn and apply First In/First Out rotation
• •Ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within a required time
• •Ability to demonstrate appropriate work ethics in the workplace and group settings
• •Ability to maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
• •Ability to perform assignments in accordance with established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies and procedures
• •Ability to assure that all work assigned is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions and requirements
• •Ability to demonstrate ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within a required time
• •Ability to ensure work ethic provides a positive influence on the production floor
• •Ability to follow production dress code standards and maintain good personal hygiene
• •Ability to be responsible for food safety and food quality throughout production
• •Ability to notify a Supervisor or Manager when stepping off the line to ensure food safety and food quality standards are maintained
• •Understanding of Quality Systems management and familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
• •Ability to follow all company policies and procedures
• •Must be able to work a flexible schedule
