Production Lead, 1st Shift Solar Edge

Lead the operation of the back end of the manufacturing line; coordinate with Manufacturing Supervisor and organize line workload and staffing depending on product priority; ensure workmanship standards and monitor CIQ to fix problems; minimize changeover times and excess material; ensure current, accurate documentation is available; inform employees of deviations; report concerns to supervisor; drive continuous improvement; ensure line personnel are trained and performing functions; motivate staff; track production and meet deadlines; review and adhere to policies; follow safety rules and security policies; ensure area is clean and organized; support accommodation requests for disabilities.
