Production Lead (1st Shift)

Production Lead (1st Shift) oversees front-line support for the production team, ensuring compliance with quality protocols and SOPs, and focusing on safety, accuracy, and quality control to meet production targets. Responsibilities include communicating daily goals and safety briefings, delegating personnel to complete tasks on time, enforcing quality control measures with regular inspections, identifying improvement opportunities and driving best practices to streamline workflows, coordinating with inventory to ensure timely replenishment, fostering cross-team communication to prevent issues impacting on-time and accurate orders, and maintaining safety standards as directed. Shift: Sunday - Thursday 4AM to 12:30PM. Requirements include authorization to work in the United States, experience with refrigerated environments, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, ability to work overtime/weekends if needed, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements. Nice-to-have: HS Diploma or equivalent, bilingual (English/Spanish), food-industry experience.
