Job Summary
Lead a team of up to 40 people in overseeing safe, quality food production within assigned areas while operating all equipment and reading product formulas, temperatures, and times. Manage production standards, track and reduce waste, and maintain detailed production records and logs daily. Inspect final production labels, ensure adherence to SQF, HACCP, and GMP policies, and notify supervisors of any food safety or quality issues. Maintain good housekeeping, follow dress codes, and communicate directions with urgency to the line.
