Job Summary
Lead production operations on the 1st shift casting to meet production schedules. Direct and train production personnel, ensure safety and housekeeping, monitor quality and material flow, coordinate with supervisors, adjust schedules as needed, and drive process improvements. Demonstrates strong leadership and communication to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives; requires ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- 2+ years leadership experience
- 1-3 years proven experience leading teams in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance conflicting priorities
- Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Effective interpersonal skills and teamwork
