Job Summary

Lead and direct up to 40 people on the production line, providing urgent direction while operating assigned equipment and reading product formulas. Monitor food safety and quality throughout production, ensuring compliance with SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards, and notify supervisors immediately of any threats. Track waste, maintain production records, and sign off on labels while enforcing First In/First Out rotation and strict housekeeping. Improve line efficiency and meet production standards within required times, reporting to the supervisor on break and lunch schedules. Work the 1st shift (3:00 AM–3:00 PM) at the Aurora, CO facility earning $20.60–$25.60 hourly.

  • Experience reporting and tracking waste and identifying ways to reduce waste
  • Experience improving and creating efficiency on a production line
  • Ability to understand mechanized equipment and associated dangers
  • Ability to multitask and be detail oriented
  • Experience maintaining production records in a timely manner
  • Experience filling production reports and logs on a daily basis
  • Experience inspecting and giving final sign off on production labels
  • Experience informing Production Supervisors of break and lunch schedules
  • Experience demonstrating ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within a required time
  • Experience displaying appropriate work ethics in the workplace and group settings
  • Experience maintaining good housekeeping and clean work areas
  • Experience performing assignments in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies and procedures
  • Experience assuring that all work assigned is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions and requirements
  • Experience ensuring that work ethic provides a positive influence on the production floor
  • Experience notifying a Supervisor or Manager when stepping off the line to ensure food safety and food quality standards are maintained
  • Experience understanding the management of Quality Systems
  • Experience ensuring food safety and food quality throughout production
