Job Summary
Production Laborer responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by assisting with stripping, setting up, and pouring beds in a safe and efficient manner. Works closely with Quality Control and supervision to ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment. Able to work across Production, Yard, Patching, and other departments; participates in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste; maintains professional attitude, strong attendance, and positive working relationships across departments. Must be capable of physically demanding work, reading a tape measure, problem-solving, and contributing to a high-quality output consistent with company safety and housekeeping standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- General math skills and the ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to work with others to get the project completed efficiently and work independently when needed
- Knowledge of the products the company uses, and which products would work best
- Understand and accept changes that are implemented to become Best in Class
