Job Summary
Production Laborer supports daily print and mail operations by staging jobs, moving materials and cleaning production stations to maintain workflow across printing, inserting, finishing, and shipping. Responsibilities include loading/unloading/staging paper, envelopes, inserts, trays, and finished mail; operating pallet jacks and roll carts; reading and interpreting work tickets and production schedules; supplying correct materials to machines and ensuring continued stock; transporting finished pallets to designated areas and handling recycling/trash; returning unused materials; moving mail trays and pallets between production, QA, and shipping. Qualities sought include experience in production/manufacturing/warehousing, reliable attendance, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong quality standards, ability to operate equipment safely, English fluency (Spanish preferred), ability to read and follow instructions. Education required: High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent). Supervisory responsibilities: none. Work environment: regulated manufacturing print/mail facility.
