Job Summary
Operate machines that compress wood by-products into industrial bales, manage compression chamber doors, and handle bagging and bale removal. Perform routine maintenance, learn standard equipment setups, and record bale weights while maintaining daily production logs. Troubleshoot and solve basic mechanical problems on the floor, and operate a forklift or obtain certification to move materials as needed. Prior production or manufacturing experience is required, along with the ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in a dusty industrial environment. Day and swing shifts are available from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
