Production Kitting Specialist

Production Kitting Specialist responsible for accurately and efficiently building customer kits by pulling, organizing, and assembling thousands of individual components into complete kits. Role supports inventory accuracy, materials organization, and shipping/receiving in a warehouse. Key duties include pulling large volumes of parts per BOMs and packing lists, organizing and staging kits for shipment, maintaining inventory through cycle counts and audits, leading shipping/receiving activities, verifying deliveries against purchase orders, inspecting incoming inventory, resolving discrepancies, handling packaging materials, responding to inventory/order inquiries, maintaining a clean warehouse, and safely operating forklifts and scissor lifts. Success is measured by kit build accuracy, inventory integrity, and speed/consistency of assembly. Higher emphasis on kit assembly and inventory accuracy over dock-focused tasks; team-based defense-industry environment with potential military service preferred and Excel/warehouse systems experience beneficial.
