Produce precise job kits from schedules/work orders under direction of the Manufacturing Planner; pull parts from inventory, prepare kits on specialized machinery, and ensure readiness for handoff to the production floor. Emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely kit assembly to support manufacturing timelines and customer satisfaction. ESOP employee-owned culture; contributes to team success and shared ownership. Requires ~2 years of experience on a kitting or materials-handling team and works in an environment where kits are prepared for production flow.
