Job Summary
Operate and maintain ice cream machines while baking cookies, waffles, and malva pudding. Monitor batch texture and quality, weigh ingredients precisely, and follow recipes accurately. Keep clear production records, maintain a spotless workspace, and deep clean machines between batches. Move, organize, and store ingredients and stock throughout the shift. This role suits someone early in their career who enjoys physical work and learns fast. You will need stamina to stand and work at a fast pace all day, the ability to lift 25kg bags repeatedly, and good English communication skills. Starting salary is from R10,500 for daytime production hours Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season.
