Job Summary
Pick product from designated locations into cartons or totes as directed by a hand-scanner, restock inventory into designated areas, and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance. Seal orders, direct completed shipments to invoicing, and operate voice or radio frequency units while checking out and returning equipment in the same condition. Meet daily production and accuracy standards within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, maintaining regular attendance and complying with all policies. This role supports warehouse operations at DC Warehouse in Sparks, NV, requiring physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a moderately noisy setting with potential exposure to dust and temperature extremes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities
- Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
- Basic math skills in counting and quantity
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong attention to details
- Comprehend verbal and written instructions
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Essential days or overtime may be required
