Job Summary
Overnight Production II associate in Robbinsville, NJ responsible for quickly and accurately picking product from designated locations, restocking, auditing outbound orders for accuracy and compliance, sealing orders, directing completed orders for invoicing and shipping, and operating voice or RF devices. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse, lift up to 60 pounds, use powered equipment, and collaborate with a team to meet production and delivery deadlines. Shift is 8:00pm–6:30am; benefits include PTO, holidays, healthcare, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, disability coverage, family leave, and additional programs. Education preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years warehouse experience; color/sku recognition, basic math, attention to detail, and strong attendance. Potential weekend overtime; mandatory extra hours as required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities
- Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
- Basic math skills in counting and quantity required
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require
- Regular and prompt attendance
