Job Summary
Process product using knives and equipment per USDA standards; observe equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety issues; maintain a clean, organized work area; assist others with skills/knowledge; follow company policies on quality, safety, and food safety; maintain a positive, cooperative work environment with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership; recognize incidents and safety risks and enact safe work habits; participate in process improvement and problem solving; follow animal welfare guidelines; perform other duties as directed; able to stand 8-11 hours, work in cool temperatures around 40 degrees; high school diploma or GED preferred; teamwork and good communication skills emphasized.
