Job Summary
Join Pilgrim’s production team on the processing line to cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products in a fast-paced environment. Follow USDA and Pilgrim’s standards, operate and monitor equipment, maintain a clean work area, and report safety or equipment issues. Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility to switch tasks across production areas, and adherence to safety, food safety, and animal-welfare guidelines. Roles include dayshift, evenings, or nights with weekend work; base pay $19.30/hour plus a $1.50 shift differential for certain shifts. Education of a High School Diploma/GED is preferred; poultry/food industry experience is a plus. Requires ability to stand 8-11 hours, lift 50 lbs+, work in cooler temperatures, and communicate effectively. The employer emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and development opportunities.
