Job Summary
Operate hand and power tools to frame, layout, and build floors, walls, and roofs while installing electrical lines, siding, windows, doors, and cabinets. Execute carpentry duties including painting interiors and exteriors, applying drywall texture, and shingling. Collaborate with team members to meet safety standards and follow work orders in a factory assembly line environment. Perform tasks as assigned by management, including troubleshooting in high-volume settings and transferring between departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Possess basic construction knowledge
- Comfortable using basic tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
- Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary
- Ability to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members
