Job Summary
The Production Home Assembler prepares and assembles building components and homes in a factory assembly line environment. Key responsibilities include operating various hand and power tools, framing and building floors and walls, installing electrical lines and fixtures, completing roofing, cabinet and trim work, and performing painting. The role requires basic construction knowledge, the ability to read a tape measure, and effective communication with team members. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be able to read, write, and speak English

- Ability to read blueprints, a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
