Job Summary
The Production Home Assembler follows work orders and instructions to prepare and assemble building components and homes in a factory assembly line environment. Essential duties include operating hand and power tools (circular saw, table saw, router, pneumatic nail gun, drills, etc.), framing and building floors and walls, installing electrical lines and panels, preparing surfaces for finish, completing roof construction and shingling, cabinet/trim carpentry, siding/windows/doors installation, and interior/exterior painting. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment. The candidate should be capable of reading basic measurements, using common construction tools, and transferring between departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- High School diploma preferred
