Production Hi-lo Driver

Job Summary
The Production Hi-lo Driver is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow within the plant by keeping operations stocked with materials and supplies, verifying part and operation numbers, performing weight counts on containers, and maintaining safe Hi-lo operation. Responsibilities include identifying nonconforming products, supporting scrap and weight certification activities, loading steel at presses, maintaining ISO/EMS compliance (IATF16949, ISO14001) and safety protocols, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and communicating effectively with teammates. Requires a Hi-lo license and strong English communication; expects ability to work overtime, operate in a fast-paced environment, and use barcoding systems and AS400.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Hi-lo driver in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to obtain Hi-lo license.
- Ability to follow MIOSHA safety requirements.
- Knowledge and compliance of safety procedures and policies.
- Proficient experience of bar-coding system.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English and safety rules and operating instructions.
