Job Summary
Operate roll dividing and bread rounding equipment to straighten dough balls and place them into pie tins per specifications. Monitor conveyors for jams, clear jams safely, and inspect products for damage or conformity to standards. Push material between machines using dollies, start or stop conveyors via control panels, and attend box former and mixer operations. Maintain a clean work area by sweeping floors, wiping equipment, and performing assigned sanitation tasks. Report all equipment problems, safety incidents, and non-conformances immediately to supervisors while following safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of general warehouse/production work experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals written in English
- Ability to write routine quality assurance reports and correspondence in English
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals
