Job Summary
Execute daily work instructions for steel product assembly and maintain high quality standards while meeting productivity goals. Operate manual material handling equipment, lift and carry merchandise, and inspect goods upon delivery for damage. Load and unload merchandise and keep the work area clean, safe, and organized. Work Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment, with shifts available from 7:15am to 3:45pm or 4pm to 12:30am, including a second shift differential. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions is required.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Motivated and able to follow instructions
- Able and willing to work outside and in all weather conditions
- Excellent integrity, good moral, strong character and takes initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people from all levels and departments
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- basic math background and aptitude
- High attention to detail
- Proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status by completing Federal Form I-9 in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986

- Prior experience working in a production/warehouse environment
