Job Summary
Assist lead installers with bathroom renovations by performing demolition, moving materials, and handling site prep and cleanup. Remove old fixtures and debris, position panels and fixtures, take basic measurements, and support minor plumbing adjustments like replacing drain covers. Follow safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain organized work areas to keep jobs on schedule. Primarily work weekday day and evening shifts with weekend availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend availability required as needed
- W2 employees
- 1+ year of experience in construction, renovation, or general labor preferred
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced installers
- Basic tool use (hand tools and power tools)
- Understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
