Job Summary
Conduct site preparation and cleanup by removing old fixtures, drywall, and debris while keeping work areas organized and safe. Move and position materials such as panels, tubs, and fixtures, then assist lead installers by holding parts, taking basic measurements, and supporting waterproofing and sealing applications. Follow directions to help with minor plumbing adjustments and ensure all safety guidelines and PPE requirements are met. Primarily work weekday day and evening shifts with weekend availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend availability required as needed
- 1+ year of experience in construction, renovation, or general labor
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced installers
- Basic tool use (hand tools and power tools)
- Understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
