As a Production Helper, you will start as a Machine Operator, gaining skills in production systems, film quality, and customer specifications. Responsibilities include reviewing production orders, preparing and packaging film rolls, inspecting finished goods, entering work order data, and ensuring packaging meets shipping requirements. The role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts, perform basic quality inspections, and engage in multi-tasking within a team environment. A high school diploma or GED is required.
