Production Group Leader- 3rd shift

Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee rotation of production activities in the press area to ensure customer needs are met; monitor standardized work and production standards; plan ahead changeovers to minimize disruption; act as liaison between Press Techs and Tooling Techs to minimize downtime; prepare and present trainings and presentations; evaluate and monitor the skill level of press room Product Techs; enforce safety, quality and TS requirements; maintain data and reports; contribute to safety and quality improvements in the plant.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or diploma
- 2 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
- Experience with automated manufacturing, stamping equipment, and press tooling
- Participation in a significant MOS role (deploying practice, training in a tool or methodology, leading problem solving or other applied leadership experience)
