Production Group Leader - 2nd Shift

Lead and manage a team of direct reports in the assigned manufacturing area, focusing on people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Promote physical, emotional, and professional safety while coaching commitment to continuous improvement through lean practices like 5S and 8 Forms of Waste. Communicate company policies, interface with employees and other departments to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met, and plan production to meet demands. Identify root causes for corrective actions using 5 Why's and 8D's, manage disciplinary actions per policy, and handle recordkeeping and time-tracking. Develop working knowledge of all workstations and participate in cross-functional teams for manufacturing readiness.
