Job Summary
Lead production team work processes, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned. Prioritize operator allocation according to the build schedule and communicate process issues with status updates to the supervisor. Coach operators and assemblers on production and problem-solving skills while performing technical reviews and machinery setup or breakdowns. Ensure Medtronic quality and safety standards are upheld throughout operations. Requires 5+ years of related experience, with 3-5 years in quality within a regulated industry such as medical devices or Pharma. This role is part of a global healthcare technology mission to alleviate pain and restore health for millions of patients.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to train others on inspections that you are signed off on
- Excellent in Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in Quality within a regulated industry such as medical devices or Pharma
- Prior medical device experience
- Experience in a clean room environment
- Experience with handling and inspecting PCBAs
- Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Regularly required to be independently mobile
- Required to interact with a computer
- Required to communicate with peers and co-workers
