Production Grinder

Job Summary
Operate grinding operations on development castings per supervisor/engineering instructions, using large belt grinders and fixtures to remove gates, burrs, and fins to within .005 tolerance. Perform relief and final finish grinding, verify dimensions with calipers, feeler gauges, drop gauges, and surface plates, and document process routing and salvage actions. Support training of personnel, maintain a clean, safe work area, and contribute to Lean Manufacturing, EHS, and QMS initiatives. Adhere to safety rules, complete required training, and participate in housekeeping and quality/compliance activities. ISO 13485:2016 environment with orthopedic implants focus; Oregon City site, on-site shift.,
Required Qualifications
- High School Or Equivalent (Preferred)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Pre-employment background check and pre-employment drug-screening may be required
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States (eVerify)
