Job Summary
Production Generalist, 2nd Shift at O&K: Maintain general cleanliness of the facility, load/export containers, band coils, transport carriers, operate forklift and overhead crane, use snow removal and sweeper machines, follow safety procedures, and perform routine maintenance inside and outside the facility. Requires basic computer skills and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, work in a noisy/dusty environment, and potentially work outdoors in winter. Prior forklift and overhead crane experience preferred. Location options include Chicago, IL and Seymour, IN with on-site, non-remote duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience operating forklift and overhead crane in an industrial setting
